• Senior Scientist: M.Sc. Post Graduate Diploma in Mathematics/Statistics/Physics/Operational Research in Computer Science & Applications or MCA/BE or B.Tech in Computer Science with eight years experience as Programmer in Computer in Government Departments or Government Undertakings // Public Limited reputation of the company. The Certificate of Reputation should be obtained/attested by the Department of Information Technology, Haryana.

Engineering Cadre:

• Environmental Engineer: First Class Master’s Degree in Engineering in Civil/Chemical/Environmental Engineering with at least seven years experience in Central Pollution Control Board or any equivalent post in Govt. either Regular Full Time Graduate in Engineering with First Class in Civil/Environmental/Chemical Engineering with at least nine years experience in Central Pollution Control Board or any equivalent post in Govt.
• Assistant Environmental Engineer: First Class Engineering Graduate in Civil/Chemical/Environmental Engineering from a recognized University/Institute working on an equivalent post in any Department of the State Government.
• Junior Environmental Engineer: Three years Diploma in First Class in Civil/Chemical/Environmental Engineering with at least three years service with impeccable record.

Scientific Cadre:

• Scientist C: PhD in Chemistry/ Environmental Science (with degree in Science)/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Seven years experience in Central Pollution Control Board or any equivalent post in Govt. either M.Sc. Degree in Chemistry/Environmental Science/Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering with First Class with at least Nine Years Service in Central Pollution Control Board or Govt.
• Scientist B: MSc. First class in Chemistry / Environmental Science (with degree in Science) / Botany / Microbiology / Biochemistry or Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Senior Scientific Assistant: M.Sc. in Chemistry / Environmental Science (with degree in Science) / Microbiology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology. either B.Sc. with first class with one year experience in a laboratory engaged in environmental investigation, testing or analysis.
• Junior Scientific Assistant: B.Sc. First Class with Chemistry as a Subject.

Ministerial Cadre:

• Accountant: M.Com. Second Class or B.Com. First Class with Two Year Experience in Commercial Accounts in Govt.
• Accounts Clerk: B.Com. With Second Class with Three Year Experience.
• Clerk: Matric with First Class / Intermediate / 10+2 Second Class 10+2 (Professional) / Graduation with Five Years Services as Group C Employee. Must have passed SETC exam from HARTRON.
• Steno Typist:
  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • English shorthand at the speed of 80 w.p.m. and transcription at the speed of 15 w.p.m. and mistakes should not exceed 8% and Hindi shorthand at a speed of 64 w.p.m. and transcription at the speed of 11 w.p.m. and mistakes should be 8 must not exceed. ,
  • Must have passed the State Eligibility Test in Computer Application as per the instructions issued by the Chief Secretary, Govt. As per Haryana’s letter No. 42/164/2008-3GS-II dated 11.10.2013 and as amended from time to time.
